Shipping and Handling Rates
We offer free UPS ground shipping on all purchases over $150.00.
Any orders under $150 will be charged a $6.00 handling fee.
If you are in a hurry to get your new items we can expedite.

The flat rates are as follows:

  • UPS Overnight Air $30.00
  • UPS 2nd Day Air $15.00

Delivery is Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders received before 1PM EST will begin processing that day and ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders received after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and ship within 48 hours.
We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Tracking your order
If you want to track your shipment via UPS, you can do so by referring to your confirmation email for the UPS tracking number. Then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.UPS.com to track your order shipment.

International Shipping
International shipping is a flat rate of $35.00 for UPS Express Insured with tracking. Please select the international shipping option. This includes Canada and Mexico. If you do not select the international shipping option your order will not ship. International orders may be subject to customs or taxes charged by the country shipped to. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of this possibility and to check with their customs office. International orders may take a day or 2 longer for credit card verification. Please email or fax a copy of the credit card used to verify validity. You can black out the card number except the last 4 digits for safety. Email to service@meigshop.com or fax to 419-874-6557.

Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Meig you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on the original shipment and the return of the package) and the cost of returning the package to Meig. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Can I change my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to achieve that goal. However, once an order ships we can't change it. On a case by case basis we may be able to make changes prior to shipping if you call us at 419-874-6559.

Returns and Exchanges
We love everything in our store and hope you do to. But we know that sometimes something isn't quite right so we offer a 21 day return policy. Regular priced merchandise can be returned within 21 days of placing the order if it is unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Lingerie and swim are not returnable. Shoes must have unscratched bottoms. If you are unsure about keeping them do not try on outside!! Returns are accepted at our discretion. No refunds will be given for sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is accepted as Exchange or Store Credit. Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

To Return:

  • Fill out the Return/Exchange Form that came with your shipment.
  • Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging
  • Insure your package for the full value and ship back to us with the delivery service of you r choice. Note that we do not accept any responsibility for packages lost in shipping back to us.
  • We will send you an email once we receive and process your return/exchange. We like to be quick on these matters but it might take us up to a week after receiving the package to process it.

Item Availability
We try our hardest to be in stock on the hottest items but sometimes we do sell out before we can adjust the site. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you by email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Meig is located in charming Perrysburg Ohio and only charges sales tax to Ohio shipments.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase online in predetermined dollar amounts. You may add this item to your cart and preceed to checkout for purchase. We ship Gift Certificates in an envelope through the USPS with no shipping charges. If you need a different ship method contact us; by phone 419-874-6559, or email service@meigshop.com and we will accommodate you. To redeem a gift certificate online you must first register on our site. At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the "redeem your gift certificate" field. This will deduct the amount of the certificate from the total due. If the certificate is worth more than the total purchase you are making you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases. This information will be stored in your registration online.
